EHP offer a range of spare parts for various hydraulic and special purpose equipment. We specialize in providing spares for hydraulic pump assembly, such as pump bodies, plungers, springs, plates, ball races, gearwheels, adaptors, keys, shafts, washers, seals, plugs, and more.

Hydraulic Presses

EHP manufacture a variety of hydraulic presses, including:

Hydraulic Press

All presses have a high-speed approach and slow-speed squeeze capabilities. They are available with optional press equipment, including indexing table for assembly operations, automatic load/unload handling equipment, pneumatic feeders for coil material, and second-operation work and conveyors for dedicated production lines. Also available are in-process inspection and gauging equipment, heated platens, automatic reversal at preset pressures, straightening equipment, special tooling, and foot control.
Pressure adjustment is infinitely variable from zero to a maximum of the press capacity. For extended service life of the gauge, a pressure gauge is fitted as standard and an isolator valve is supplied.

Special Presses

EHP manufacture a wide range of special purpose presses.

Special Vacuum Press

These presses incorporate the latest technology, including computer control, in-process inspection and gauging equipment, heated platens, and automatic reversal at preset pressures or end-of-stroke conditions. Capacities are up to 2500 tonnes either upstroking or downstroking. They can also incorporate ejector mechanisms and/or automatic loading and unloading systems. Digital readout systems are available with infinitely variable loading from near zero to the maximum capacity of the press.

Special Press

Hand Presses

The bodies of all our single-sided presses are cast in semi-steel (50 per cent) and made with a Girder-type frame, which is designed to place the metal where greater strength is obtained. Without increase of weight, the press has a stronger build than other types and also features an attractive design.

Fly press

Fly Press

The press screw is made of 3 per cent nickel steel. It is specially heat-treated and capable of withstanding the combination of great torsional and bending strains that are imposed on it. The guides are generally milled out in jigs to absolute alignment.

manual toggle press

Toggle Press

The technique of drop forging is used for the slides, clip stops, holding-down dogs, puller-off and fly handles.
The slide is tested to guaranteed alignment, allowing the material to be finished off with greater precision.

Special Purpose Machines

Special automotive press during delivery

Beyond the manufacturing of special purpose presses, EHP's product line of special purpose machines also comprises equipment such as material handling & conveyor systems, machine linking lines, welding manipulators, test plants, and dedicated machines for automatic
machining & assembly.
